We are happy to work with organizations that would like to work with us to manufacture the NinoTNC for Amateur Radio purposes. We are interested in the propagation of the device beyond our capabilities to reproduce and we would appreciate your help spreading the word about our TARPN organization. We don't charge for the executable, schematic, or existing board layout, and we don't ask for a share of the proceeds.

We will likely endorse your efforts to produce NinoTNC devices if you are amenable to the following requests:

Please inform us before you start your project.
If you produce PCBs from our board layout files, please include our silkscreens without deletions.
If you put the PCB in a box or chassis to sell as a unit, please mention TARPN on the outside.

Alternatively, if you intend to create a new non-identical clone of the design, we ask:

the silkscreen on your PCB state "NinoTNC firmware and circuit Copyright Nino Carrillo"
the TARPN logo is reproduced as large or larger than the dsPIC CPU
our copyright and the TARPN logo are on any chassis or box you might sell with the unit
you link our NinoTNC web page https://ninotnc.com on each of your relevant web pages, social media postings, and any other documentation
you give us a chance to review your design before you start a production run

In return, we support you with:

assistance and consulting in the design process
assistance documenting your project
networking or engineering exchanges where we can
links to your product pages from our NinoTNC News&Info, NinoTNC History, and NinoTNC Operators Manual web pages.
