The network is starting in the vicinity of Fort Knox.

NCPACKET: North Carolina Packet
The largest TARPN in North Carolina is centered on Wake and Durham counties but it is growing and there are networks springing up in the mountains and coast.

As of August 2020 they have several people building, and several TARPN installs, but haven't put it together yet.
